On Saturday June 17th, Newmarket on Fergus GAA are holding a Family Fun Day. As part of the fun, there will be a 10k run and 5k walk/run which commence at 4pm sharp. Registration will be taken from 2:30pm in the Clubhouse. Entry is €25 for family, €10 for individual and €5 for under fourteens. After the physical excursions, there will be a BBQ, obstacle course, tug of war, ice cream and lots more. A sponsored wheelbarrow grand prix is also on the agenda, the entry fee is to be sponsored and for each team of two it is €100. There will be a prize for best dressed barrow along with the fastest.
